Recently bought a used NX350 Hybrid, my second from Lexus Bolton. Superb service from the start from Henry Gill, which continued today when Henry took the time to sort out the restoration of my personal number plate and talked me through various functions such as linking my phone to the dash cam etc. Nothing is too much trouble if the customer needs something doing, and highly recommended.

Adequate but very noisy , a quiet lounge for older people would have been good.
Bed and room comfortable. Breakfast good but cold by the time we got to the table
No decaf tea of coffee in room which I need for medical reasons and B&Bs always have it. Decaff coffee was provided when I asked for it. No shower cap. Towel rails would have been good, it was a job to put everything on those hooks. The ginger smelling hand wash was horrible and long lasting.

Nice hotel in nice quiet location. Plenty of parking spaces, Large reception/lounge area. Room nice and big with comfortable bed. Overall very pleased with our stay at Village Hotel Bury. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Fantastic evening for our Year 11's leavers celebration - great staff made everything so easy to organise. Jess was a great help with the planning, nothing was too much trouble for her. Claire, Harry and the team on the night were amazing, they made the evening a success and everyone had a fab time. Another successful Year 11 Prom.

I am a regular guest and repeated reviewer.
When I check in the receptionist now has a list of rooms I should NOT be offered, makes me sound like a complaint. In fact if they could improve I'd raise the flag!
Checked in for a single night. Needed a warm shower, nothing too much to expect of the leading Spa hotel in Bolton. WRONG, again no hot water. I should have simply gone to the Leisure facility.
When I raised my disappointment, around 10pm, asking if things could improve by morning I got a knock at the bedroom door and a waiter, not an engineer, ran my sink tap until warm, nay tepid water ran through. "Problem solved" he politely offered, "takes time for the water to get to this wing". Certainly does, though the temperature was very similar to the beer I'd drunk at 6pm and a long way from a desirable scrub up.
Same in the morning. TBH I can't be RSD to discuss further.

Highly professional company from start to finish. I would give 10 stars if I could. Patrick,the boss was very informative and helpful.The removal lads were brilliant,arriving punctually and taking great care with the furniture.I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use again in the future.
