I first met Paul Riley of Total Soft water when he had a softener shop in Harpenden. His knowledge of water softeners is extensive and I trust his judgement and proficiency implicitly. I recently purchased a second hand softener via eBay to replace an old outdated model that was installed many years ago.. My first action, before installation, was to get Total Soft Water to check it out for me. For a very reasonable cost, Paul personally stripped the unit and replaced all necessary parts, tested it thoroughly and set it up for the local water hardness. His expertise saved me a considerable sum over purchasing a new softener, but not once did he try to pressure me into buying a new item. This is what I call ‘Service’ and I know I can rely on him to provide expert advice and recommendations if I ever need a new softener in the future. I thoroughly recommend this and other Total Soft Water shops in the area, which Paul is responsible for.

We had the opportunity to meet Gareth from Epsom branch for valuation.He was extremely professional, friendly,kind and efficient.After meeting almost all the local estate agent representatives we decided to go ahead with Personal Agents this time to sell our house.Gareth was extremely generous regarding his time even when I seek advise on the properties we were viewing with other estate agents.
We were unlucky finding a house to move in due to a tight budget.Our offers were almost always outbid .We finally had offer accepted for few properties,paid for two structural surveys and solicitor costs without proceeding to completion due to structural problems picked up in the survey.During this process we lost our buyer who was patiently waiting for us to find a house.
Chris Shaw took over and it wasn't long before we found another buyer.Chris was extremely professional, knowledgeable, thoughtful and kind when we were extremely stressed out and near giving up on home move adventure.
Morgan was assigned as our personal case advisor who dealt with our case till completion.He is a bright individual with tons of potential, extremely patient and professional.
Our completion was very complex due to probate related problems and our buyers mortgage offer expiring.We were working on a deadline .
It was a rollercoaster ride and The Personal Agents Epsom were fabulous and amazing during the whole process.Not only they found us a buyer within weeks but also a lovely new home 😇 which was an impossible task considering our situation.It would not have been possible without there expertise ,kindness and professionalism.
We met many estate agents during this process but Personal Agents by far are the best because they treat their clients with respect.They understand the stress related to home move and treated us as individuals.
