I choose the Amber Group to do a CCTV drain survey for my 90-year-old mother, as I did not want to go to a very small one-man company and also did not want to go to a big national franchise chain, as the quality can vary at the local level.
The drain survey identified several problems which needed to be fixed. From start to finish, I was not disappointed with the Amber Group. All the staff were very professional; however, I would like to highlight Kevin who was particularly good. During the 4 days Kevin spent on site, he was really knowledgeable, went the ‘extra mile’ to help and I can’t fault his workmanship.
I always felt that they were not trying to push us towards the most expensive solution and their prices were reasonable; thus, I would definitely recommend the Amber Group to others.

The Amber group people are so helpful and know what they are doing. I have used them several times and so impressed with their work. Also very nice and friendly people. Thoroughly recommend the group and will always be my first point of contact if I have a problem or project.
