First time visit and very impressed. Scary dinosaur park was impressive, wonderful collection of stunning animals, kiddies enjoyed the play parks and splash area. Plenty of loo's. Easy to walk around and with a buggy. Foody places plentiful and two placed with views of the bears and tiger! Staff happy and helpful.Visited on

I received the most amazing service from Amy Thompson when I needed to inform HMRC about a capital gain on a London house that I had incurred as an expat. It was a complex case following a separation of assets in a divorce settlement after I had left the UK. Amy dealt with the whole thing with great professionalism, including the need for much hand-holding as she took me through the necessary documentation with great care and patience. It resulted in a brilliant outcome for me, both financially and in making it stress-free. Thanks again to Amy and HB – highly recommended!

I visited here today with my boyfriend for the first time to get my dad some nice wine for his birthday. I don’t drink alcohol so I wasn’t sure what to get him. I asked the owner for some recommendations and he was very knowledgeable and passionate about wines which made me sure that my dad will like his present. The customer service was excellent as well, he even wrapped it nicely for me and included a bag for free! Highly recommend
