It was a very long phone call asking questions that they knew the answers to. I was asked had I received my quote via email and I said yes. Then my email address was then read out to me by every letter but it was obviously right as I’d received quote! Then they need my driving licence. I said I’d sent it last year and it was still on the app on my phone. But for some reason she couldn’t access it. Then after a long wait then yes she could. It was very repetitive.

Having dealt with over 30 agents in South West London I can honestly say that the Personal Agent provided me with the best service - no sales tactics just a helpful, friendly and highly personal service. I had the pleasure of dealing with Chris, who went over and above to meet my needs. Chris was responsive, professional and helpful at all times through the process and has helped find us our dream rental at a time when the market is highly competitive. He even kindly dropped me to the station after the viewing because the walk was quite a distance. Chris really did emulate the ethos of the agency. I would highly recommend Chris and the team at The Personal Agent to anyone looking to find their dream home. You won’t find a better service in SWLondon!
