Spoke to Mohamed on Saturday 1st June, swapped my old van for my new van insurance. No messing around, straight forward and knew his stuff. Policy up for renewal anyways so called back and was put back through to Mohamed, which I think is brilliant to be able to speak to the same team member. He remembered our call too which is a bonus! He pressed a few buttons got me the quote I needed for the next 12 months and with in 7 minutes all done and dusted and insured for the next year. Absolutely fab, friendly and efficient. Hopefully in a years time I'll be able to deal with Mohamed again. Wish everyone on the other end of the phone was like this! Thanks again!

I have been getting my home insurance through Rightsure for many years now. I’ve found them reliable when changes or claims had to be dealt with and I’ve always had a fair price.
They have been easy to deal with always polite, friendly, efficient and helpful. Also, they answer their calls quickly so you’re not kept waiting in a queue listening to some awful music for hours unlike most businesses these days. A big plus for that from me.
This year was no exception, I received an excellent service from Sunny so many thanks to him.

Even if I'm not the easiest customer she was always there and helping me through all the procedures.
