What can I say. About 3 years ago I called up for insurance on my van. I'm a dog walker and needed a certain type of cover. I was lucky enough to come through to Mohamed Mulji. Who made the entire process bareable with his bright, helpful and warm personality. He was also able to work in a few discounts for me. Since then I look forward to our yearly chats at renewal time and he goes above and beyond to help. This last time simple renewal wasn't applicable as the providers no longer provided that same cover. I contacted him when he was still on holiday and he wasn't able to help me there and then obviously. But, not wanting me to be in a bad position ....he literally landed at Heathrow, got back to his home, opened up his laptop and helped me before even unpacking his suitcase! He genuinely cares about and remembers his clients. Couldn't ask for more!

After coming accross Rightsure on the money supermarket site, they provided the best deal for my needs so decided to to select them for my car insurance.
Rightsure were very good with their communication contact. David called me a couple of days after selecting the policy to follow up everything was correct and if I was happy or had any other questions or needed any further explanation. I had 1 question, which David explained very clearly and slowly. He was very helpful. It was great to speak to someone rather than the online virtual icon.
If you are looking for a personal contact touch then I would recommend Rightsure and their prices were competitive online.
