We found our home through the Personal Agent. Chris Sheby was the first contact for us who showed the house and forwarded our questions/requests about the rental. He is a very good agent. He showed us everything in the property. He was very kind and helpful all the way, while we got the key. Then we got Charlotte Ewans for Property Manager. She is always contacting us a month before the property inspection. Every time she visits, she is on time, being very kind and very helpful. If we have any questions, she is straight away forwarding them to the owner, and the following next few days, we receive answers for our queries. They are really reliable and trustworthy agents. I would recommend them to anyone and we would use them again in the future.
