I have been running my online business for several years now. Used 3 other platforms for digital products + email marketing. But there was always something lacking and/or too complicated while doing all these things on different platforms. One lacks one feature and the other lacks something else. So I was looking for a solid and reliable platform. Over the past month, I practically went through all such options by joining and testing them.
I wish I had found systeme.io earlier. It provides everything in one place (digital downloads, online courses, email marketing, audience building, sales funnels), plus the price is so reasonable that I'm actually happy paying them my money.
The best thing is customer support. You ask a question and they come back within 2 hours, no AI, no bots, real people with real solutions. And all of this when I did not even become a paying customer. A sales trick? No. After my payment, they were even more helpful. You know that you will not be left alone, either with bots or 24 hours delayed responses.
Probably the only company I would have given 6 stars.

I had unexpected concerns with the integrity of my roof space and structure after recent dealings with a rogue builder and was looking for professional advice.
When I contacted Super Structures Associates, they took time to understand and identify the concern. They gave quick replies despite their busy schedule coming up to Christmas. They were discerning in their analysis of the problem. Instead of just giving a standard solution (which would have given them more business) , they gave guidance that was relevant to my issue and that provided a professional and helpful solution to my concerns very quickly.
Despite having taken time to look at my issue, they did not charge me for their time and advice. I am very thankful to have found this company. I felt they were discerning and so sincere to help, even though the issue was not very big. My sincere thanks to Ms Jennifer Thornton, Mr Derek Mason and Mr Matthew Bone. Your help has allowed me to spend this Christmas with peace of mind. Thank you.
