Initially we seemed to have a slow response to our questions on our sale, but we were in luck Sarah took over the reins and nothing was too much trouble her customer care was excellent, Sarah always responded to any query we had.

Stayed here 1 night on Saturday. Perfectly fine for a solo traveller like me, they had parking at the back of the hotel (£6 per day) and the hotel was perfectly located just across the beach. Breakfast was good and the hotel is great value for money.
I also think it is worth mentioning Wayne from the Maintenance team. I had forgotten my phone charger cable/plug in the room and went back to the hotel in the late afternoon. They could not find it anymore but Wayne went out of his way to find me a replacement charger cable and plug ! Thanks so much - great service!

Beautiful park. Shows all around the park all day , the bird show was great. White lions were so close and absolutely beautiful. Great day out for families loads to do.
