Sound advice from Richard from the ‘get go’. Sensible, realistic and the strategy worked to produce multiple offers day one.
The team of negotiators were proactive and the feedback and communication was first class.
I wanted to highlight two real stars in the team and whilst they are all just brilliant, Morgan, you are a credit to the business and you really understand what giving a personal service means- you went well beyond what anyone expects of an estate, so thank you.
Lastly, having been an estate agent of 20 years I truly understand how important it is having someone progressing the deal properly and effectively- its a masterful skill and sometimes soul destroying, Sarah Goddard, is simply outstanding.
