Meet the Team Tuesday!
This is Natasha, stylist and colourist at Studio 40, she is to be found at the salon on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and every other Saturday.
One of the biggest music names of 1970s pop music is heading for Exeter Corn Exchange on Wednesday 28 September. Alan Williams, John Richardson and Mick Clarke are the original vocalist/guitarist, bass guitarist and drummer of The Rubettes.
This is just the band’s second UK tour since they took the world by storm when their number one hit Sugar Baby Love topped the charts, selling over 10 million copies.
All of the band’s own hits will be performed along with other songs from the 70s and since which hold particular significance for the band’s members. They will also perform some of their album tracks which have never been performed live before.
The music will be interspersed with recollections and anecdotes about the early years of the band and the other bands who helped make the Rubettes such a success. They even promise to tell the true story of why they adopted their famous caps.
Tickets cost £22 and can be booked by phone from the venue on 01392 665938 or online at exetercornexchange.co.uk
