We held a folk evening with German teachers at Portmore and were well looked after from the outset. A very welcoming team, accommodating to our needs and a great night had by all. Spotlessly clean with excellent evening buffet. A great venue space and room for all kinds of events. Highly recommended. Thanks to the Portmore team!

Due to dampness, a chunk of my kitchen ceiling collapsed overnight, I googled like mad for tradesman and had Chris from AMWC popping in to have a look and send a quote next day. It did take a good 4 weeks for they to be able to fix the issue because they are busy -that is always a good sign!- but everything went according to plan, Matt turned up and did the job with a lot less mess than we predicted. 100% recommended, I have now booked them to do some more work in my bathroom next year. I would be happy to pay up straight away and have it done immediately but again they are busy! So there is a 4-10 week waiting list =(

Karen and Steve are amazing dance teachers. No one is too old/ young /left footed for them to take us on and show us how to have fun learning in a friendly, welcoming environment. I am learning tap - a childhood dream- but they offer nearly every kind of dance you could be interested in. You can work your way through the examination levels and perform in shows if you wish or just go along for the joy of it like me . I cannot recommend them too highly.

This is a very busy business and so they should be because they help and fix the most random problems generally in the same week next day if an urgent job. I've had an outside drain sorted, the oldest fuse box fixed and a dishwasher problem too. Very happy customer. thank you A Man Who Can.

Very friendly Golf Club with very welcoming staff. The Club Professional is fantastic. I have attended all the Golf Clubs in this area and Portmore is by far the friendliest. Helen behind the bar is especially brilliant!

The dance classes are held in a variety of venues in North Devon. I was attracted to it because although I don't have a dance partner I have always wanted to learn ballroom dancing - many other venues only accept couples.There are several others like me and everyone is made to feel welcome and the classes are great fun, relaxed and well taught by Karen and Steve. They are a great way to keep fit too. If like me you've always wanted to dance, start now and enjoy learning a new skill, making new friends and leave behind all your cares for a couple of hours each week !

"Buy with confidence" was advice I gave when reviewing our first Blissful Bathroom's make-over in 2011. So I have taken my own advice and had Blissful Bathrooms remodel our second bathroom. Like the first, the second bathroom was made easy by Wayne and the team. Our installer was Jon who made a first class job of the works including the tricky bits, leaving us with better plumbing than before. The quality of the workmanship finish is truly excellent which matches the quality of the the selected fittings. A big thank-you to Blissful Bathrooms for an alround good job. Once again I am happy to say "BUY WITH CONFIDENCE" for your next bathroom project. Mike B.
