I highly recommend Kris having used his services again in connection with one of our BTL properties. He is now my 'go to' person for anything in connection with repairs required to doors, windows, locks etc. This time I was facing the prospect of having to replace a front door and Kris saved me the cost of this at his one visit at his minimum standard call out charge of £89. By a process of straightening, tweaking, adjusting, trimming and lubricating, the door now operates as it would have done when it was fitted several years ago and no replacement parts were required. He is prompt, professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Can Kris fix it? Yes he can!

The glass on one of our double-glazed front doors shattered and on his first visit Kris secured the glass. On his second visit he replaced the glass and left us with a bright new front door. He is a very friendly chap who we trusted immediately and he did a really excellent job for us with no fuss or mess. I would wholeheartedly recommend him.

The front door locking mechanism of one of our BTL properties had 'failed' and the door could not be opened.Kris was able to dismantle the door locking structure etc and restore it to full working order without the need for any replacement locks, parts or new keys. As I needed to be present at the time he arrived, Kris was as good as his word and gave me at least a 30 mins 'heads up' as he was finishing his previous job and I was able to meet him at the property. I would thoroughly recommend him and his services and will certainly use him again.
