From our initial meeting to discuss our Mortgage and financial needs, all the way through to successful completion, Heather's communication, advice and industry knowledge really put us at ease. Heather needed to work to a very challenging deadline with a rather complicated application. Her in-depth knowledge, industry experience and her client-centric approach put her head and shoulders above the rest. Heather went above and beyond to ensure our mortgage application went through and managed to overcome some complex challenges within short timeframes.
