Chris is a perfectionist and provides excellent work for a good price. We've had flooring replaced, custom stair bannisters with glass divide along with other house improvements. Always recommend him.

Regal is a small firm but well equipped and well resourced. Its working Principals and specialist sub-contractors are all of pleasant disposition, appropriately qualified and experienced and also receptive to suggestions and discussions with the Client when the variations that are an inevitable part of any building project become apparent. Work within an occupied domestic environment is carried out with sensitivity and disruption and mess kept to a minimum. At the end of each working day, unfinished operations are left clean, tidy and, above all, safe overnight. All in all, Regal is a reliable and trustworthy firm.

Two of my kitchen windows had a broken hinge. I got a man to come but was staggered at the quote given. I then asked Regal for advice. Chris came, confirmed my suspicions about cost, went to his van, came back with spare parts, replaced the broken hinges and the unbroken ones too (since they are supplied as a pair) and was on his way. Job done. Honest, friendly and fair. I would recommend unreservedly.

We were new to the Lichfield area and we needed a builder. After several quotes, no shows and negative comments we found Chris by accident. He arrived when he said he would for our first meeting and it soon became apparent that he was different to other builders we met. He was positive and creative, making suggestions on the best way to achieve our goals. He provided advice and guidance to get us through the planning process and he project managed the complete property renovation. He sourced and managed all sub-trades and liaised with the Building Regulations Officer and Structural Engineers throughout the duration. He found ways round numerous problems and he took a lot of the stress out of the situation. If you need a professional, reliable, friendly builder who turns up when he says he will and who delivers quality work Chris is the man. Cannot praise or recommend him highly enough.
