They were discerning in their analysis of the problem. Instead of just giving a standard solution (which would have given them more business) , they gave guidance that was relevant to my issue and that provided a professional and helpful solution to my concerns very quickly.
Despite having taken time to look at my issue, they did not charge me for their time and advice. I am very thankful to have found this company.
