We arrived for lunch on the 22nd October 2023. It was nice and quiet and we were offered a place of choice to sit. We were given the bread starter with houmous salad and dips. All fresh and beautifully presented. The houmous had raisins and cranberries and tasted divine! We ordered the special platter for 2-3 people (we had two adults and two children) and it was more than enough. Everything tasted amazing and was very fresh. The lamb wasn't chewy it was soft and almost buttery. The chicken and wings were lightly spiced and full of flavour. The rice's were cooked to perfection and seasoned very well. The ribs had actual meat on and they too were well cooked and full of flavour.
We were given complimentary Turkish tea and this creamy custard dessert that was out off this world!
Table service was spot on.. the manager came by a few times. Nothing was too much of an ask for him. An absolute gem of a restaurant in walsall. A must visit for anyone wanting to try some real authentic Turkish cuisine. 10/10
