Gary and Claire were so helpful and so honest. I put a post up in a Vw T5 forum about my gear box and they gave me so much free advice knowing at that point I wasn't looking for a refurbished gear box. Eventually I went for a refurbished gear box as I couldn't find a second hand one and I was delighted to get one from them since they helped me out so much. The gear box was first class and I couldn't recommend them enough. 5 out of 5 stars! Thanks again!

Had a phone call from the owner- Abid. He was very apologetic to our situation, and explained their terms etc, and what would happen if picking up from airport.
He refunded the ÂŁ10, which I was very grateful for, and he said that they could learn from. this experience, which I hope they do, because as stated, the service was good, it was only let down at the end.
Would use again. Thank you Abid **
Process was very easy to book, and turned up on time. Issue was that we were then charged extra £10 for a “waiting fee” for 10 mins.
We paid ÂŁ96 for the people carrier, going to and from a festival. The company would not change our pick up time, or pick up from where the festival organisers instructed.
If we were at an airport, with delays, would we still get charged the same.
Very poor- which was a shame. :(

Couldn't have left my boys with a better team than Jess and her staff. Was anxious about leaving them but great communication all round put my mind at ease. Arlo & Marlie seemed to have a great time, only thing they were not impressed with was swimming 🤣 but now thanks to Hannah they are more confident in water.
They had a grooming session on site, they were very pampered. Fantastic kennels highly recommend đź‘Ś

Excellent service from start to finish. In the showroom we were left at peace but assured any questions could be answered. We asked for and received advice and ultimately ordered. The surveyor made additional suggestions when he came out which enhanced our choice. The fitters were prompt, polite and also offered advice about a project we were undertaking alongside their work. Can't fault Ian and Steve for their three days hard work in exceptional heat (Special thanks to you both) we are chuffed to bits with the results
