Excellent service. We had broken down in Birmingham about 2 hours away from home. After checking with several other companies Excelsior was the only company to call back. They were on the spot within 30 mins, loaded our luggage, and provided a worry-free journey home. 6 passenger vehicle was spotless and clean. The driver was friendly, professional, and courteous. We had several interesting conversations along the way. Excellent price compared to our local services. Great overall experience.

I had already arranged a policy for a motor home with Megan who was brilliant and patient with me ,however I had been scammed with the van and had to cancel same day ,which was no problem ,I found a new one next day which Megan sorted out for me again with patience I think she defo went above and beyond ,brilliant service
