There are definitely some dramas possible with having a black box. This review is for customer service. I had a company check out the engine of my car, they did this by driving 50 down the road in a 30. After my insurance was about to be terminated for speeding I explained the situation to a lady named Jen. She was wonderful, made my situation a priority and thankfully because I had a good record they saw that it wasn’t me that drove the car. Very happy and relieved that the situation was resolved!

My son has been going for 4 weeks now and we are so happy with the support he has recieved. As he has autism it's been a long process to find swimming lessons that suit him and his needs. The fact the teachers are in the pool with the children makes such a difference and has meant he has learnt to trust them quickly which is a big thing for him. We are so glad we found these lessons and especially Louise who has worked hard to build this bond with him, thank you.

We recently incepted a young drivers car policy for my son with Luke. From inception to customer service to sales the service we have received has been second to none. Lauren in customer Services and Helen in sales are exceptional members of the team, friendly, efficient and empathetic just to name a few. They were simply wonderful. Thank you girls and to Luke who initially found us the most competitive quote out there. You are all doing amazing jobs and are a credit to the company.
