I was stranded the van I was in had a flat and two spare tires Great start!!!! However peaked too soon a jack and a wheel brace were know where to be found quick check on google and the help of random passer by Walsall Wood Tyre to the rescue. Customer service was friendly professional and effective because the were busy with their booking but just a few minutes they were able to sort me out and get me on my way can’t recommend highly enough brilliant if only they all like that

Lovely afternoon tea, with so many cakes we ended up bringing some home with us, plus unlimited tea.
Very friendly, lovely food, lovely staff, couldn't do enough for us to make sure we had a nice time.

Have used the delivery service for some time when it was the cardamom. Gave the Bombay a chance to settle in and then ordered a delivery a few weeks ago. The food was lovely, and I've continued to order. I've dealt with KC on all occasions when I've called, and he has been a professional and helpful to deal with. Just had a new porch fitted by Ian and Steve and they did a really good job and it looks great. Really good experience from start to finish with Darren in sales doing the quote and helping with the design right through to completion of the electrics.

The pre-care appointment was especially useful, where I was asked about myself and what I was hoping/expecting to receive from the care package.
