I have used Excelsior Cars on three occasions since October 2020 as I felt that it was the safest way to travel from Birmingham Airport to Stone Staffordshire due to Covid restrictions. On every occasion the service was excellent. From the initial phone call from Abid confirming that a car was available for my transfer to the professionalism of the drivers who were always on time, polite and helpful. The cars were comfortable and spotlessly clean, the driver wore a mask and used hand sanitiser after helping with the luggage etc. I felt completely safe in what is a very worrying time for all of us.
I have recommended Excelsior to friends and family and I will certainly be using them again on my next trip.

I can't recommend enough this taxi company. Looking for an alternative transport to get my son from Birmingham to Heathrow airport that was reliable at these uncertain Covid times, with trains and flight transfers pretty much reduced to zero, I came across Excelsior cars. Based on their competitive prices and impeccable feedback rating, I booked the trip via their website. From start to end the process couldn't have been easier, smoother, nor more seamless. My contact with Abid was courteous, flexible and absolutely first class! Thank you Abid for the flexibility and reliability! My son's ride to London was great, on schedule, safe and tranquil! Thank you to driver Shakil for a very smooth ride!! I will definitely book again, and again!!

I gave birth 2 days ago, and had a little melt down about breast feeding my baby worrying I was doing it wrong, Tammy came to my home and talked me through everything I needed to know checked technique and answered all of our questions and put our worries at ease. I instantly felt more confident and settled and as a result so has baby 🙂
I would highly recommend Tammy and the services that she offers. Can’t wait to start attending her breast feeding support group and her other classes

I attended Tammy’s pregnancy yoga since I was 13 weeks pregnant. An amazing class where you get to meet other mums to be in a relaxing environment. Tammy is really knowledgeable and the class is really worth the money.

I called up to inquire about insurance last week, and the person I spoke to (Rob) was very helpful and clear about the cost of my insurance, what having a black box installed would mean for me, and so on. Once I bought the car setting up the insurance was easy to do and the price was very good for a learner driver.
