Just got some new motor trade insurance with these guys after some time out. Again, their customers service is brilliant even when answering your call for someone else. Communication within this company is obviously great. This time Liam from the Motor Trade department dealt with my quote. His attention to detail was great and explained everything in full so that nothing was missed. Nothing was too much trouble despite having to amend certain parts of the policy to get a better price. Darcy had to inform us that due to my airhead son we hadn't provided documents, although this was an onerous task because of the threat of cancelled insurance, it was carried out in a polite courteous, and professional manner. Set up insurance for Rosie my Daughter, liked the fact that you can set of as a provisional driver but the cost doesn't then change when you pass your test. All the other insurance companies make you take out another policy and charge you a cancellation fee. So far so good.
