I went to Tammy while I was pregnant and she was superb- with both myself and my husband-helping is to understand the birth, our options and making my pregnancy experience enjoyable. I have since attended a number of her classes and utilised her services. I cannot begin to recommend her enough- she’s friendly, understanding, empathetic to the highest degree. She really understands the whole process and loves helping parents and their new babies. I wouldn’t ever go to anyone else!!!

I have attended Tammy's pregnancy yoga classes throughout both my pregnancies, the classes were fantastic & Tammy is extremely knowledgeable, not just on pregnancy yoga, but all things pregnancy & birth related. I have just started her baby massage class in Lichfield too. I can't recommend Tammy and her classes highly enough. They are a recipe for happy mummies & happy babies

We attended the Bloomingful Births active birth workshop in Lichfield. I wanted to know more about having a natural birth and what we could do to achieve it. The session looked at different positions and tools for birth as well as giving a good overview of why & how these worked which was invaluable. We also got to make our own blends of essential oils, for promoting labour and pain relief and didnsome great massage practice with our birth partners.
The workshop was really inclusive for the birth partners too and gave them ways to be involved and supportive (literally in some cases) on the day!
I can’t recommend this workshop highly enough, it’s also excellent value for money.

Tammy provides a wonderful service from amazing yoga classes, both pre and post advice on tap and lovely wellness treatments. I also recently ordered some lush eye masks from her which smell delightful and look lovely. They arrived super quickly too!

My Daughter has suffered really bad with constipation and nothing would settle her. A few tips from Tammy and she is once again a happy little lady! She absolutely loves the I Love You tummy routine. Would defo recommend! I will 100% be joining the online classes once little miss is in a better routine.
