I had to recently get to the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital in Birmingham for an urgent surgery. ROH is not easy to get to from Lichfield for me and my wife. On a wild inspiration, I decided to use airport transfer services - and picked Excelsior for ease of booking, payment, and Covid awareness. They responded very promptly on booking and arranged the car. Nice cars, polite and professional drivers, and punctuality made the whole experience of getting to and from the hospital very bearable. Excelsior is a highly commendable service!
