I’m a little late posting my review as I had my work done a few weeks ago. However, from quote to completion I have been so happy with service I received. Eddie was super responsive to my emails and was really friendly and knowledgeable when I came in to pay my deposit. He explained everything thoroughly and after my survey and measurements were taken I was fitted in pretty quickly. Spencer came out to do the work for us which was replacing a rotting wooden door and window unit to a new upvc unit. I had even had the cat flap I bought fitted for me which I am grateful for. I cannot thank the team enough especially Spencer who was prompt on the day and so nice to me and clearly takes pride in his work as he did a fantastic job! It’s well fitted, neat and secure and I won’t hesitate to use this company again. Thank you all 😊

A big thank you to all of the people involved in the process of replacement windows and door for my home, a simply explained quote from Darren Webb, no hard sell just all the information I needed, the style I wanted and the options available, the install of new lintels & windows by Mark, Tre & Charlie & fabulous builder, workmanship great, clean and tidy after themselves, overall a stress free job. Highly recommended by myself to anyone looking for a class job done smoothly.

A MASSIVE thank you to Daljit and Esther at Pickfords. Both worked around the clock continuously for months and months to help us secure our first home. The service provided was outstanding and despite having a couple of homes that had fallen through (through no fault of our own) they remained patient, positive and dignified. Dalit had great legal knowledge and represented us very well with a few boundary and right of way issues, working for our best interests at all times. Whenever we had any queries or concerns, we could get in contact with Daljit or Esther to discuss and that was reassuring. We were grateful to be kept in the loop. Overall, the team was lovely to work with and we would happily recommend to anyone.

Constructive feedback - At the beginning of the process organise a Teams call with clients to introduce yourselves to form a relationship, build rapport and trust.
It’s difficult to form that relationship over email and once I had a phone call and met those dealing with my case in person I felt more relaxed that my case was in good hands. I feel like if that initial introduction was completed virtually or in person I would have left less anxious emails in their inboxes.
Rachel MacDonald was amazing, she was responsive and helpful with all my queries.
Huge thank you to Cadhla and Sahar for managing my case, it’s really appreciated and valued. I can’t believe we managed to complete so quickly!
Definitely would use Pickford again, I would add that’s due to meeting those who were dealing with my case and feeling confident in the abilities.
