Second visit tonight and it must be Walsall’s best kept secret. The food is fabulous and the portions are huge. Add to this completely bread ,salad and dips as a starter and home made Turkish rice pudding and you won’t leave hungry! Amazing staff delivering a really high level of service and we will definitely be back again soon.

I had Aid as a pt around a year ago, i was very nervous to go for a male pt but Aid did nothing but put me at ease, Aid is very professional and will help and give advice at any time of the day. I lost just shy of 3stone in around 3/4 months on Aids meal plan and going to the gym. Ive just started my legs, bums and tums journey with Jayne through Aid which is thoroughly enjoyable.
