I used Excelsior Car service for different transfers whilst in the UK for a week in April and the service was excellent! Great communication before and during the transfers, professional drivers and clean cars. Couldn’t have asked for more. It’s not the first time I’ve booked with them and it won’t be the last! Thank you for taking care of me! UPDATE: I just used them again for 2 airport transfers and everything was great again! Good drivers (one chatty, one quiet, both good!), careful driving, clean cars, good communication and on-time pick-ups). I have used this service over the past 5 years and they are consistent and the prices are fair. Update: I had 2 more airport transfers with Abid and Billy did a great job!!

We used Excelsior to take us to the airport and pick us up on our return. The service has of the highest standards. We booked via the website and was picked up at exactly the time stated. The instructions were very clear. The driver Abid made the journey stress free on the way there and our driver Shax was was waiting for us on our return. Both vehicles accommodated a family of 5 and 5 suitcases in the highest comfort.

Efficient friendly and reasonably priced. Needed transport for 7 of us to and from airport and the driver Shak took all the stress of it from us as he arrived in plenty of time, had a pleasant manner and got us to and from the airport swiftly. Couldn’t fault the service at all.

100% recommend K9 core. My dogs recently stayed here for 11 days whilst we went on our first holiday since lockdown. This was the first time I had left the dogs overnight and can happily say I would trust Jess and her team again. My dogs were so happy when I collected them and I got great feedback from Jess. Not only this I got photos on Fb and a couple of check ins whilst we were away to make sure they were happy, nothing was too much trouble. We have another holiday booked later in the year and am confident my boys will have a great holiday too.
