Took my car here for its mot after being ripped off by a well known Ford dealership.
Raj and the team were especially helpful and even considered my current circumstances. After showing me the problems of what were supposed to have been fixed by the *Ford dealership*, Raj made sure my car was fixed and ready to be collected the next day. Will always use this place now

Best garage ever!! So reliable, friendly and customer service is A* this is my go to garage for everything. I've had a few jobs done by them and every time I've been happy with the work, as a female I feel quiet vulnerable going to garages but not at Walsall wood tyres and service. Thanks to Raj and the team for sorting me out today and the donuts 🍩 were an added bonus! Thanks again 😀

As a mum of 2 and breaking down roadside i was very stressed when my car was rescued by the RAC and taken to a garage to be fixed. After previous bad experiences i was not looking forward to it, however, the team here were fast to reassure me that they would do everything they could to help me, Raj in particular, so i instantly felt less anxious.
My policy allows me to have a hire car with the RAC. As there is an enterprise by the garage Raj called over to them so i left that evening with a hire car that suited my requirements as a parent, till my car was fixed. This was fantastic as it could have taken a lot longer for me to recieve a hire car from the RAC and could have been from anywhere. So grateful for the speedy response from Raj as it was one less thing to have to be concerned about...not having a car for school runs could have been a disaster.
The service i recieved was fantastic and i couldn't be happier. All thorough checks were made on my car before it was handed back over to me to again reassure of its service. A car clean was thrown in too....bonus 👍
I would highly recommend anyone in my situation/predicament to use this garage as you will not be disappointed with your service you recieve here.
