I have been attending TBOB for the past 12 months. In this time, the team at TBOB and the employers have supported my confidence to engage with local business and supported local interest in the college’s initiatives. The notion that making others successful, then in turn making your business successful is a true representation of my journey within this brilliant organisation. The aim of my involvement with TBOB was to grow a network of employers, growing their knowledge of Bury College’s products and then in turn understanding the skills gaps and industry needs to best support our students. I can honestly say that my original aim has been achieved with bells and whistles on. Thanks TBOB.
