I have been attending their Great Barr branch for a few years now on a regular 6-weekly basis. As soon as you walk into the reception you are greeted with a friendly welcome that puts you at ease. My podiatrist - Becky - is, quite simply, fantastic. She is professional, takes time to explain anything you are unsure about, fully competent in what she is doing and a total perfectionist. And able to give vital foot health advice as and when required. She is super friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
Due to leg length discrepancy, I also had a biomechanical assessment by Neil who provided me with bespoke insoles which has made my walking so much more comfortable. Honestly, put your trust in these guys and you won’t be disappointed. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Great friendly place for toe nail therapy.
Ive been using now for some time and can honestly say its by far the most relaxing therapeutic trotter cutting podiatry clinic ive used. Staff are so friendly and to be honest I love the experience especially with Becky.

Becky is great, really professional and always leaves my feet feeling great and refreshed. But it’s not just about the feet, she makes me feel so relaxed very pleasant and is a brilliant people’s person.
We do put world rights as well as my trotters as I call them. Perfect.

Having tried many other chiropodists I was finally relieved to find one as good as collingwood. From the receptionist to all the team the service is excellent. I would not go anywhere else.

I had a large number of Verruca’s on both feet that I had suffered for around 14 years. I had tried repeated Bazooka style treatments and freeze treatments, but nothing touched them.
I decided to seek expert help and found my way to Collingwood. After foot health checks I was recommended to try Swift microwave treatment. I was told 3 treatments is normally enough.
To cut a long story short I needed 7 treatments as they were really persistent and deep rooted and probably the most stubborn case Ester and her team had seen. I possibly did not need the last session as Ester thought they were going, but decided to have it and chase them out the door. My feet are now completely clear. TBH it is not pain free but the pain is only short lived during the treatments and I would go through it all. again to rid myself of those nasty things. Thank you Ester and her team

My first appointment with Collingwood chiropody was excellent. They made me feel relaxed. Catherine, who carried out the treatments on my feet, explained very thoroughly what she was doing and gave really good advice moving forward. The treatment was very, very good. I visited Collingwood Surgery in August for treatment to a verruca as I was interested in Swift laser treatment, as I was going on holiday this wasn’t possible so Neil suggested acid treatments, two treatments and it was gone! I am so grateful to this excellent, professional team. The verruca had previously been treated elsewhere for about 12 months and they had not been able to clear it, it was very painful.
