The experience at Utopia is by far the best I have ever recieved at a hairdresser which is why I keep going back now. The complimentary head massage you recieve every time if you want is really relaxing and not something I have ever been offered anywhere else. Even the newest trainee could do it as well. Normally when I go to a hairdresser I get a basic trim back to my bob shape but Aiden suggested something different so I trusted him to do it and was very happy with the change.

Have been getting my hair cut and styled by Kerry for years at Utopia. Lovely modern salon and the staff are very friendly. Properly trained staff with professional advice on cuts, colours and hair care. All round brilliance!

Young, friendly and very caring. It's a pleasure to visit the hairdresser. Their enthusiasm is relentless - not just in the level of service they give to their customers, but how they train their staff, keeping up to date with new techniques and always wanting to learn new ways of managing their business and measuring their success. All staff genuinely care about their jobs and the business they are part of, thereby creating a professional but fun environment.

This hairdressing salon is extremely well run, has special prices for pensioners and a loyalty card scheme which allows you to have a £5 off on your 4th visit when you go there for a cut and blow dry. The staff are very pleasant, always give you a good cut and have a very good internet site which gives you all the information you need. The two manageresses are excellent and the atmosphere very friendly. A place I have recommended to my friends.

I have been a customer with Utopia for many many years and although I have lived abroad for the last 8 years, I always book myself in when I am home in Aberdeen. All the staff are lovely and Leisa my stylist never lets me down with great cuts, advice and treatments. The atmosphere is always warm and chatty. My elderly mum also has her hair cut at Utopia. She now has advanced osteoporosis and does not get out and about much. However, she still makes the effort to go for her haircuts and the staff go out of their way to make sure she is comfortable despite her disability. I would thoroughly recommend Utopia to everyone.

It's the perfect place to unwind whilst having your hair done! The staff ar very friendly and going there is a pleasure. They listen to exactly what you want done and the salon is a very relaxing place. I have been going there for 10+ years and wouldn't go anywhere else!

You always feel really welcome and the staff are so friendly. In some salons you feel uneasy about saying what you really want but in Utopia you feel really comfortable to let them know. They are great value for money, I always walk out extremely happy. I have recommended Utopia to a friend and she keeps going back too. You get some fantastic deals each month, and I have thought about using their other services, and I will in the future. Overall a fantastic company and I always look forward to my next hair cut.

I absolutely love Utopia! They deliver a high standard of service to everyone and get fantastic training, so you know your getting the best. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair! I also have used the beautician downstairs at Utopia and highly recommend them. Utopia hair and beauty took care of me (bridezilla) and my 7 bridesmaids and my mum for my wedding day, and what an excellent start to the day, can't thank the girls enough for all their hard work and effort on the day, and of course every other time I visit and leave feeling like a millon dollars. Owners Kerry Smith and Kirsty Flett should be very proud!!! X

I only started visiting the salon last year after a friend recommended them following a few hair disasters at other salons. Kerry soon fixed my hair issues and Aiden has been looking after me since. The salon for me is ideally located just outside the city centre with loads of street parking. Once inside the salon is warm, welcoming and friendly. Having a 4 year old son I really looking forward to my 6 weekly vist where I can relax with a hot cup of tea and a magazine to catch up on the real world while the girls/guys work their magic I come away totally relaxed and the fab looking hair at the end of it is just a bonus. Highly recommend.

I think Utopia deserve to win again this year because they are a fantastic salon with superb staff who are always very professional and make me feel relaxed with a scalp massage while sitting in the massaging chair! Then it's a good old chat and a giggle with either Kerry or Lisa and a cracking hair cut at the end of it all. Always full of great advice when I decide to try something new.

I have used Leisa Miller at Utopia for the past year for wedding exhibitions and fashion shows. She is a true creative talent who is able to understand the look and feel of my wedding dresses and transform my models hair into masterpieces. I highly recommend Utopia!
