All previous orders have been promptly dispatched, but last one fell between my moving house. This company went above and beyond to get the rug to me when it was returned to them in error, sending it back by special delivery and keeping me informed at all times. Lovely service - and a follow up phone call to say the hoped I'd moved in ok. This is good old fashioned service which is rarely found these days!
