Stuart was recommended to my husband and myself for the purchase of a property.
He dealt with everything very thoroughly and efficiently; there was a moment when the whole deal seemed to be about to break apart, and we can safely say that it was only thanks to his professionalism (including working way over time!) that in the end the purchase succeeded.
On top of this, he has a very likeable attitude and is extremely down to earth; he explained everything to us in a language we could understand, and took as much time as was needed to make sure that things were clear to us. Particularly as we had never bought a property in England before and there were so many things we didn’t know, this was a big plus on top of an already excellent service. At all times we felt that we could totally trust him and that we couldn’t be in safer hands.

My daughter Sarah and my wife both bought new VW Polos just 6 weeks apart.
It wasn’t until I spoke to Jane from Russell Automotive that I learnt that the
cars did not in fact have to be serviced by a VW Main Dealer to stay in warranty.
Last week Russell Automotive gave my wifes car its first full service.
Very nice job smoothly and efficiently carried out with much appreciated complimentary
wash and vacuum.
Unfortunately Sarah had her cars first service just a week before my chat with Jane.
Cost of Sarahs VW main dealer service £258.00.
Cost of Natalies Russell Automotive service £156.22.
Russell Automotive saved me £102.22.
