Barrow market is the hub of our town and has been for years all the stalls look great and the atall holders are so friendly and welcoming making it a homelyplace to shop. The staff have worked so hard in the last few years improving it and bringing it back to its former glory . Well done everyone xx

Great market hall with a good range of businesses and the friendliest stall holders . Old favourites such as Harts jewellers and new innovative stalls , I particularly like Ashley Rose who sells the most beautiful handmade children’s clothes in gorgeous fabrics ! In the meat market you can find Sillfield farm selling the world famous Waberthwaite sausage ! A top market , well done all !

Barrow market is a great place to shop, friendly srall holders with a great choice of goods on display. There is a choice of 3 cafe's with a wonderful choice of food to suit everyone. The stall holders are friendly and helpful, there is a great atmosphere every time I visit. The management work hard to ensure the market runs efficiently at all times, l9cal people know it is their pride and joy and ours too.

I love the stall which sells signs for all occasions, special birthday gifts, wedding gifts for all the bridal party- newlyweds; mother of the groom & bride, bridesmaids; etc etc An excellent range of unique gifts & lots of fun ones, ranging from only a few £ upward. I have got 50th grumpy old men gifts, such as money tins, plaques & hazard caution signs from herefo, r lots of friends who are ‘tricky’ to buy for, brilliant!!!Service is excellent, no pressurising you, just pleasant chat. They also sell plaques & ornaments for graves & the cemetery. I hidden treasure I love popping into in Barrow market 👍👏👏👏👏

A place where many great stalls provide many different items/foods and great cafe to sit and have a brew and food in middle of a shop and the market has a lovely, friendly atmosphere from all stall holders :) Many also donated to local disability group who were hosting a bingo night to raise funds

Barrow Market Hall , the only place where you can shop for gifts, fashion, household goods, pet supplies, wool, fabric, haberdashery, dance shoes, bags. curtains, sweets, fruit & veg, meat, cosmetics, books jewellery, bespoke handmade children's clothes, floor coverings, fabric, mobility aids, cupcakes & thai foods. Then get your hair cut, eyebrows waxed, get a key cut, have a massage, get clothing alterations done, have a photo shoot, meet the owls, get a piercing, get business cards designed and printed, join a craft group, get your Dyson cleaner, phone or computor fixed ... and you can bring your dog.
