Found Jennies website while looking for a birthday cake for my daughters 30th. As she loves Verve Clicquot Champagne I thought this would a lovely surprise for her as a cake. Emailed Jennie who was so lovely and helpful even asking what flavour sponge we would like. Collected the cake on Saturday 5th march and it was breathtaking, so much work and detail, the cake looked like it was laying on a folded white napkin which was white icing. We did not want to cut it as it looked so gorgeous, but we did and the sponge was so fluffy, best we have all ever tasted,just had jam and cream which again was gorgeous. Will not hesitate to recommend this brilliant lady.
