We would not hesitate in recommending Binney & Sims. We found Katie and her team to be highly professional and very approachable. On our first meeting with Katie we sat down and explained everything that we wanted and she also put us at ease with dealing with the planning application side too. Within a week we had our drawings and Katie had also drawn up some different options that we had not thought about too. Once we had decided which drawings we wanted, we emailed our instructions and our planning application was submitted. Katie and her team kept us informed along the way until planning was granted.
