An outstanding level of service is consistently provided by Crown Dry Cleaners. The actual cleaning is always performed to a totally satisfactory standard, but the professionalism, friendliness and courtesy of the owner and his staff are exceptional. I experienced an example of this ethos recently when, due to a misunderstanding, some items were not ready for collection when I expected them to be. Later the same day, the owner personally delivered these to my home! There can be few businesses in Bicester, or anywhere else for that matter, which would take such trouble to ensure the gratitude and good opinion of a customer. I wish Crown Dry Cleaners every success in the redeveloped Bicester; they richly deserve it.
