Bicester Vets, Bicester

When we fostered and later adopted an RSPCA rescued cruelty case cat, Sam, we 'inherited' Bicester Vets with him as they had been his carers for some 20 months during the legal proceedings. It made perfect sense to stay with them, even though other veterinary practices were nearer for us, as they had so much knowledge and experience of his hefty medical history . Sam has had a number of procedures and continues to be a chronically sick cat but with good diet, the right medication and on-going support at Bicester Vets he enjoys a very good quality of life, something we hope will continue for years to come. During some of the tenser moments with Sam's condition, I turned into a virtual stalker by e-mail, bombarding them either with questions or research I had found and at no time was I made to feel as though I was a nuisance or over-zealous 'mum'! My queries were always answered quickly. Thank you, all at Bicester Vets. 5 Hearts from Sam & 'mum' Gwen Lismonde.
