When I travel to Eastbourne it's like coming home to my family when I enter the salon. I am welcomed and treated like a VIP every time. just wish I could come down to present Yvonne the owner with the award as a surprise and to thank her for her kindness. All her team have the highest customer care standard I would welcome in other businesses.
