We appointed ADK Law (Zahra) in connection with the sale of my 91 yr old mother-in-laws flat.
Being Leasehold, in an 8 storey block (Grenfell issues), with a Local Council as Head Landlord it was not entirely straightforward.
However Zahra was excellent and all hurdles were swiftly addressed and resolved to keep the transaction on track. Zahra was very pleasant to deal with, always being available and her communication timely throughout the process. I would have no hesitation in recommending the services of ADK Law based on my dealings with Zahra. Thank you.
