I was working with Tom Ellor on the sale of our old house and purchase for the new home. Tom and his team worked very hard to get everything done as quick as possible. Due to few hiccups from the sale side our journey to move took longer than expected but in the end Tom helped us greatly and we appreciate it all. We used Adk Law Solicitors for the second time and (first time to pay off the Help to Buy scheme) both times everything went well and if in the future we will need solicitor's help, we will definitely use Adk Law Solicitors again. I recommend them to anyone who needs help and price wise, they are worth it, better than others.

I was apprehensive at first using an online solicitors as I had heard from others that communication was poor. I engaged ADK Law Solicitors to complete my house sale and buying in March 2023 and all work was completed by end Jan 24. During this time I always received prompt replies to all emails sent. They were very efficient and appeared to do their work in a good timely manner. I have no complaints at all over the 10 months that they were working on my behalf.

I used ADK Law to sell a flat recently. Due to the Building Safety Act 2022 this has become a difficult and complicated process for flats over 4 storeys high, and although it took 6 months (due to the buyer’s solicitor being incredibly disorganised) I found ADK Law to be very quick with responding to any queries we had (usually the same day) and very proactive in chasing the buyer’s solicitor. Sometimes as long as you are kept informed about what is happening that helps to ease the frustration, and ADK Law definitely seemed to make a point of keeping you informed and responding quickly. I dealt with William Speakman and Tom Ellon both of whom were very efficient.

Tom was our conveyancer at ADK. As a lawyer myself, I think I possibly have quite high standards of my fellow lawyers. I have NEVER been able to find a good conveyancer. From start to finish Tom was amazing, responsive, helpful and very knowledgeable.
He kept me on my toes and always seem to update me before I needed to chase him. He managed the relationship with with the estate agents and other side solicitor extremely well. He always took a common sense approach and always seem very proactive.

The best we could have asked for. Once Tom Ellor, at ADK Law took over our file, we received exceptional professiona service from Tom. Nothing was ever too much trouble. He was quick acting with calls, emails, voice mails, and if we ever didn't understand anything Tom would be more than happy to explain in an easy and approachable method. Tom worked hard to help achieve the pre-christmas deadline we were given by the new build purchase, which was made difficult to orchastrate the sale of 2 properties and purchase of 1.
