ADK helped us secure our dream home. It was during the Covid pandemic, despite the various bottlenecks we had, I was extremely happy with the way Mr Bilal Khan of ADK handled the matter. He was very professional and calm under pressure. He kept the communication lines open and kept us informed every step of the way. We have just completed our house purchase using Farrah at ADK Law Solicitors and we could not have asked for any more than was provided. Farrah was so professional and so good at communicating everything to us. She even reacted fantastically and quickly when we were confronted with a “you now have to complete within 7 days (not 4 weeks) or the chain will collapse!” Farrah then prioritised our transactions (a sale and a purchase) so we did actually complete in that timescale.
The best compliment I can give her is that I am now recommending her to all of our family to use her whenever it is appropriate to do so.
All this at a very fair price, not charged any more than quoted, and a genuinely nice lady.

One is always initially weary when using a new firm of solicitors when it’s one of the most important transactions one can make. However, from beginning to end, I received the most professional service. Whenever an email was sent a reply was always quickly replied to, in most instances the same day. When so many people needed a conveyance before the end of the stamp duty holiday I couldn’t have had better service - easily the very friendly Iqra. And to top it all Completion was only six days after exchange of contracts!

Bilal Khan was very helpful and provided professional and sensible advice throughout. Also very responsive with emails being responded to on the same day and with making calls to me when necessary. Unfortunately my purchase did not complete due to the seller being unreasonable and uncooperative but Bilal and ADK Law remained professional and continued to look out for my best interests even at the expense of ADK Law only charging minimal fees due to the sale not completing. Very good value for money and ADK Law showed their trustworthiness.

We found ADK Law on google reviews and since they were local and had outstanding reviews we decided to utilise their services to buy our first home. We were allocated Bilal Khan as our solicitor and he was amazing. Since we had never used a solicitor before, Bilal explained everything really clearly to ensure we understand the process at all times. He was always on the end of the phone/email whenever we needed him (which was often!) and stayed late a few times to assist our purchase. I couldn’t recommend Bilal anymore - he really is an asset to the company. Thanks Bilal!
