Rebekah from ADK Law was great from day 1 on my house sale transaction. Very quick to respond to any email and clarifications. I never had to chase for any update as Rebekah was always ahead on the case. Sale chain transaction fell through first time at the last stage and we had to start over again on new transaction, it was very smooth and with no hidden fees. ADK Law were recommended to myself and my partner by a family member, we used them for the purchase of our first home. Our solicitor was William Speakman, he was very attentive and kept us updated throughout the process. As it was our first home we did have a lot of questions that seemed rather silly but he responded to each one with more than enough information, this made the process a lot smoother and easier for us. He was very friendly and approachable with anything.
Everything felt so easy and nothing seemed like a bother, all issues were sorted quickly and efficiently. Overall I think that the fees were very reasonable, considering the level of communication and knowledge we felt we experienced. I would highly recommend using ADK Law, especially William.

As a first time, solo buyer, the whole process was extremely daunting and the level of paperwork required to complete filled me with dread but everything was sent via email and post and Jinni was always available when I had any questions.
The communication throughout was fantastic and I never felt like I was left hanging and waiting for answers.

My feedback would be to improve the knowledge and capability of the reception team. I wanted to verify the name of the third party handling the ID check and I was told to check directly with my solicitor. It seems something that simple could have avoided another email to Jinni. Other than that, the service was great!

Easiest 5 star 🌟 I have ever given. I cannot recommend Rebekah highly enough - she has probably been the most amazing solicitor I’ve ever worked with. Throughout our recent move, she was extremely professional, always responsive, and often answered queries faster than expected. My wife and I were completely satisfied with her service and expertise. We give her five stars without hesitation and will definitely work with her again for our next property purchase.

We couldn’t recommend Lorna at ADK Law highly enough. From start to finish, she was responsive, clear, and incredibly efficient. Lorna always got back to us and our estate agents quickly via phone or email and offering sound, practical advice. Even when the chain threw up a few bumps, Lorna remained calm, professional, and proactive, doing everything she could to take the stress off our shoulders.

Throughout my 7-months process of purchasing a chain-free leaseholder flat, Tom from ADK Law has been my lone saviour. I genuinely believe I lucked out with my choice and I could not recommend their services more. They took care of the entire process from start to finish, and they were even kind enough to fix the mistakes or warn the seller's solicitors in a timely manner just so that I would be protected. Whenever we asked a question, the answer was vague. We were still required to provide documents right up to the day before completion to allow us to exchange but were not aware of these prior. The only urgency seemed to happen in the last couple of days.
I don’t have any experience of any other solicitors unfortunately, but there appeared to be a lack of communication between all three involved in our chain - buyers claiming they had sent something to ADK, ADK stating they had sent it, and our sellers solicitor being slow to send anything.
Overall, it’s an experience I don’t want to repeat, just glad I’ve got my keys now.
