Tom was fantastic, we would have been lost without him.
We had a very complicated ground rent clause on our lease and the managing agents were also very poor with communication.
It was a difficult sale with many flats in our development seeing their sales fall through. Tom navigated this difficult sale with excellence, he was always quick to respond and took the time to explain to us the nuances of the process and its challenges.

Jinni was professional and efficient throughout, responding promptly and thoroughly to all my emails and queries.When a report that came back proved worrying she patiently listened to my concerns and offered excellent counsel while ensuring the decision of how to proceed was entirely my own. My move was completed in just over three months at the quoted price which was highly competitive. I was not local to ADK Law but this proved no obstacle with the vast majority of our business being carried out via phone and email and no need to visit the office. Many thanks to Jinni and the team.

He worked very hard until completion, but even better than that, he was easy to get on touch with. If I had anything that needed clearing up, or needed a catch up all I needed to do was email in the morning and Tom would call at some point the same day.

It was somewhat tricky because of BSA Cladding issues and a muddled change over from the original (generally uncooperative) freeholder's managing agent and the new RTM Company.
She managed to navigate a route through all of that and at each stage took time to answer my somewhat 'searching' questions.
