Great service. I had a problem with my car key which starts my car, it was a struggle to get into the ignition barrel. Got a new key cut does a great job, perfect. Very helpful staff there too. Thank you very much.

Absolutely fantastic, phoned early morning. Very helpful and thoughtful during the call, really reassuring. Dave the engineer arrived on time... What other company gives you a time! Amazing... The door lock was problematic due to the age, no problem for Dave, popped to the office for a replacement lock, explained everything to me, again, incredibly reassuring. Dave the Engineer came out today, to fix/replace our Hardwood Conservatory door locks that were jammed locked. Dave was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional in his assessment and fortunately managed to open the stuck french doors, remove and repair the mechanisms, then re-fit in full working order. Excellent job without causing any damage to the doors. Highly recommended !!

Locked out of my van. They managed to come the very next day. Failed to get into my van, but also didn't charge me.
So I Rang a local auto locksmith the next day. Turned up in an hour. Accessed my van in 5 minutes. Had me a new key fob made within half an hour.

I went it after ringing a few places and I can't fault the service one bit. The lady who served was very polite and friendly. She immediately understood the problem with the door lock I bought and mentioned they could repair the locking mechanism without the need of spending any extra on whole lock piece. Within 10 mins it was done and saved me easily £100. I would definitely recommend and go again
