Brilliant location, friendly staff and clean room. Very quick and efficient from book-in through to depart. Hotel itself is very grand, set within the football ground. Parking was absolutely spot on, directly outside the reception. Very easy hotel stay - 100% recommend.

Upon arrival the lady on reception was lovely commenting how nice my wife's perfume. The cheeky scouse barman was a great guy and the room overlooking the pitch was 100% luxury and quirky. Lovely breakfast. One of the best we have had. Diane at breakfast was marvellous. Good old fashioned service and really helpful offering my wife lots of tips for the shopping centre next door. A lovely lady. Whether business or pleasure we will be back. The sports bar over the road and pub were both lovely too.

Great Friendly Hotel
Absolutely lovely Reception staff. Even the staff in the breakfast area, went the extra mile to make sure was happy and very helpful. Cooked breakfast was better than alot of hotels I have stayed before. Room was clean and everything you need in a room.
Most only criticism I could say is that the main lights in room could do will being alot brighter as it was dimmed.

Friendliness of the staff from reception, bar staff and cleaners. Location is very good. The lounge and bar areas are very pleasant to sit in for a drink or meeting friends.
I have stayed here many times. The breakfast is too expensive if you just want a coffee and coissant- so I tend to go to the many outlets around the retail park.

Picked this hotel based on price and location for an event that we were attending and were amazed at the quality of the place. Staff are friendly, hotel is modern and clean, breakfast is amazing. Highly recommended if you are in the area

Really good staff felt welcome as soon as we arrived. Rooms were outstanding cleaners were great too. The breakfast was amazing son enjoyed his self as well. Great location and good car parking and worth every single penny and will do it again

First time back since the takeover and changes, It was great for pre match, post match and a fun family stay Everything went smoothly and staff happy beer tasty and the general momentum behind the hotel and team is wonderful. You can fault the Bolton Whites experience

Great service from the front desk, bar & restaurant throughout. Never had a bad experience and I’ve stopped here many times. They have the best breakfast in Bolton. Will be staying again in the future, keep up the great work!

I stayed at the hotel whilst travelling to watch the football cup match. I stayed in a penthouse suite which is very spacious and represents remarkeable value for money. I allowed me to relax and also to get on with some reading in great comfort. The breakfast was very good. My only criticism is that the menu for the evening food is very limited and felt more like a pub menu than a hotel menu. I am aware of the many difficulties the hotel has faced recently and can only hope that now is the time to move forward and consolidate. As well as being convenient for the football, the hotel is well placed for exploring the nearby moorland attractions.

Good value for money would stay again
Had a good one night stay after attending a football match. Fast check in,friendly staff, very nice food via room service including a huge breakfast. Loads of hot water and a good shower. Would definitely stay again
Room furniture is a little tired but I understand the hotel is in the process of replacing them ?
