Good hotel, nice clean rooms, friend staff which will help when needed, arrived and the room was ready and they also accommodated with a cot for my 1 year old we had food after hours which was a good standard

Really liked this place the layout was quite quirky. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was as expected. Enjoyed using the pool. Great location for the cinema and shopping centre next door with lots of places to eat close by. The room was clean and a decent size. The curtains were amazing 😆 total black out! We didn't stay on a match day so not sure what it would be like then.

The stay was great and liked the fact if you did not want to be disturbed you weren't.
Dont eat a big breakfast but was kindly assisted with coffee and toast, all the staff were friendly and helpful and morning staff who cleaned the room were friendly and helpful. I heard the hotel had gone through some troubles recently but you've pulled it back and are doing a great job. Would definitely stay again.
A bit of a walk from train station especially with cases on a warm day, but not everyone can drive, and it would be nice to have somewhere to sit out side, I Know its unpopular to smoke but a seating area would be nice tucked out of the way.

The hotel is situated conveniently for major road/rail routes and was a good base for a family reuni

There was a few issues but as hotels go it was reasonably good and I possibly would stay again.
Good surroundings within the hotel staff were polite and professional
TV from adjoining room easily heard. Staff need to be a little more patient before diving in to remove drinks and plates this occurred three times, annoying! Food was late poor timing the dinning room the worst bit the kids were given an excellent portion of fish but as an adult portion this was very poor.

People trying are doors all night and trying get into are room and loads of noise And we tried to tell staff that people was trying are door to get in they just said it will be the lift making noice not ur door when I seen the door handle go down so I’m not seeing things

I have stayed at this hotel a number of time and have never been disappointed with the whole experience. I rate the breakfast at this hotel as being consistently one of the best and I have had a lot of hotel breakfast all around GB.

Efficient hotel on the outskirts of Manchester, in the same building as a large football stadium. Nice big room. Nice buffet breakfast. Large parking.

this is a really nice hotel. It's a great location for travel in the North West and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and the leisure facilities are good. Definitely good value for money.

Location was handy for me due to area I was travelling in. It is located in the football ground and was very quiet, bar area a little cold and uninviting, but the staff were pleasant. Rooms were well equipped, if a little dated, and the bed was comfortable, for the price it was very good.
Bar area and restaurant could be more inviting and better choice. It is a big area and with only a few people staying it felt rather cold (atmosphere). Rooms were a little dated.

We have stayed at this hotel loads of times and also had meetings there in the bar area The staff are always very helpful and Friendly. They hold regular events and parties and of course BWFC play football there
