Good cleaning standard and time spent. Initial cleans with up to 4 cleaners and later on 2 cleaners. Take an adequate amount of time to clean and clean thoroughly. Cleans are offered on a regular basis with secure keeping of keys. The cost for us was however too expensive and we felt we were paying too much for the clean. Payments are also in advance via direct debit which also did not suit us.

Rachel and her team from Bromsgrove branch did a build clean on my bungalow and it was amazing. The level of cleaning was above and behind my expectations and I will be 100% keeping them as my regular cleaners. All in all fantastic experience.

Claire’s assessment visit was friendly and thorough. It led to a very good spring clean of all the nooks and crannies that had been neglected. The team cleaning were cheerful and arrived and left according to schedule. The result was a near spotless house.

From my first contact with Rachel in Bromsgrove I knew she understood exactly what I needed! She came to our home and discussed our requirements and we decided to have a deep clean - we were absolutely delighted and made the decision to have a fortnightly clean from then on and we have never looked back. The ladies who come to our home are fantastic and work so hard keeping our home just the way we like it. Personally I feel I have my family time back, as I was forever trying to keep on top of cleaning and now I don't have to because every two weeks Rachel's angels come and visit. I am soooo grateful - thank you xxx

Jason and the team at Bright and Beautiful Hertford are fantastic. We had them do a deep clean, followed by regular fortnightly cleaning. So far it's been very high standard, with the team being very accommodating when we're hanging about getting in their way! Great communication from Jason, too. Will be sticking with them for sure!

On recommendation, I requested Bright & Beautiful carry out a deep clean of my mums home prior to a regular spot being arranged. I took mum out whilst they cleaned as she has dementia. Kate, Debbie and Fiona have done a wonderful job, all clean and shiny. I felt secure in trusting them in mums home whilst we were out as they are all fully checked which I know is very important to Sandra from her policing background. Thanks ladies

The Enfield Branch and The Yellow Team - Clare, Jenny and Paris - are bright, cheerful, considerate and helpful. They are very willing to fit in with us when certain rooms cannot be cleaned or we have just arrived home and they need to work around us. I have been with Bright and Beautiful Enfield, (pink team) for several years and have always been happy with the service they provide. I love returning to my house after they’ve been and it looking and smelling wonderful. They are always friendly, trustworthy and reliable.
I chose them initially as if my daughter who has special needs was home, I needed a quick service. They have always been accommodating.

I have been using Bright and Beautiful Chandler’s Ford for many years. The service is exceptional. I have used other cleaning companies in the past but Chandler’s Ford Bright and Beautiful are on another level! It is more than cleaning, Sara and her team provide a house keeping service, and it’s the little extra touches that make a big difference like making cute displays with my daughters teddy’s on her bed, folding away clothes , changing bedsheets, it goes on. I have a weekly clean and twice a year I go for a deep clean. I love that they use non-toxic products. Thank you Sara for taking care of our home so beautifully.
