Julie’s Pink Team from Bright & Beautiful Enfield have been cleaning my home weekly for the last 2 months. I am thoroughly satisfied with the team. It’s so restorative to have an elite team of four cleaners for 1 hour, rather than my previous situation of one cleaner for 4 hours. Many thanks team. Very much appreciated.

The Pink Team at B & B Derby, led by Becky, are a very friendly,courteous & cheerful group of ladies. They work incredibly hard as a team and support each other as they work around the house. We are often away when they visit and we know that the property is very safe in their hands. It is always so great to come back to clean, tidy and smelling so fresh. Due to a recent hand injury I’m currently using the ironing service- B&B swung into action straight away, thank you.

I asked Toni from Derby B & B if I could have a clean, she sent a team including Elaine and Julie. I took my dog for a walk while they worked and came back to an amazingly clean house which also smelt lovely, I'll definitely have them back for another clean.

When I ask for certain jobs to be attended to, they are always willing, and able to carry them out to my instructions.
My husband knows when they have been because of the fresh and clean smell of the house.
Team Leader Becky, is always on hand to accommodate me. Whenever I need to change my rota to another date, she always manages to get around the problem.

Becky and her pink team are fantastic. I have fortnightly cleans and they always arrive promptly and all he ladies are so lovely and happy in their work - nothing is too much trouble. They work so efficiently as a team and keep my home looking super clean. I cannot fault the service and am so happy I finally made the decision to get the professionals in, who do a far better job than I ever did. Would recommend Bright & Beautiful to anyone considering a home cleaning service. It's a pleasure to have them in my home.

Ellie and her Orange team in Derby transform my life.
As a 76 year old widow and a pensioner, mobility is more of a problem. Any extra energy I have is spent in my garden, my favourite place. But when I return to the house it is like I've stepped into a 5 star hotel. Everything is meticulously clean, shiny and beautiful again. Nothing is ever a problem for Ellie who always goes above and beyond what is expected.

Working around the clock, fitting in elderly parents and many hospital visits, supporting with grandparent duties, cleaning is a very rushed late at night or taking up our weekend job. The same with ironing. As a disabled woman too, this impacts as reaching and bending are so difficult.
It is just wonderful to come home to a changed clean bed and everywhere sparkling. I cannot recommend Bright and Beautiful Derby highly enough.

My comments refer to the Nottingham Branch. The team arrive on time, make sure they let me know what routine they are following, are courteous and efficient. It's early days into the Contract and they seem to be training many staff.

Had a wonderful experience with Bright & Beautiful team today. My new house was handed over to me last week in a poor condition which needs to be deep cleaned. Emma was very helpful offering their earliest time slot available. The ladies of the Chandler’s Ford team are all polite and professional. They did an amazing job and made my house spotless. I had a deep clean in order to prepare my house for sale. Having used Bright and Beautiful before, I knew I was going to get a great service. The ladies from the Chandler's Ford team are friendly, professional, and above all, brilliant at what they do. It's lovely to come home to a beautifully clean home - seems a shame to sell it now!
